Spanning South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming, the Mountain | Plains Regional Native CDFI Coalition is a collaborative network of Native-led community loan funds. Also known as Native Community Development Financial Institutions (NCDFIs), our members are fortifying the Indigenous finance industry to create systemic change, expand access to capital, and restore wealth to Indigenous communities.

By pooling resources, knowledge, and advocacy, we work to create financial systems that honor Indigenous values, promote self-determination, and build lasting prosperity across Native nations.

Together, coalition members serve dozens of tribal communities and thousands of Native clients, delivering millions of dollars in loans, business support, and community development programs each year. By working in solidarity, we’re not just financing businesses — we’re fueling an Indigenous-led movement for economic justice and self-reliance.
